Refund policy
Return/Exchange: I am happy to accept returns if there is an issue with the item functioning as described in the item listing, for store credit or an exchange. Otherwise Items are final sale. Items must be in original condition and returned within fourteen days of receiving the package. All returns must be pre-authorized via email.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and Cecelia Stitch is not responsible for packages lost in the mail. Please make sure you use a traceable shipping method to ensure it arrives.
