Shipping policy

We create all of our pieces in our cozy studio in Ballard Seattle. Please allow 3-5 business days before your item is ready to ship, unless otherwise listed. Custom pieces and special orders will be dealt with on a case-by-case bases and could take up to three weeks or longer to process.

You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your item has shipped.

First Class Parcel Mail usually takes three or four days maximum to ship within the US but it not guaranteed. If you need something faster select Priority Mail or reach out for more information.

International Shipping: First Class International can take a little as ten days for shipping or more, depending on the destination. Please reach out to hello@ceceliastitch.com if you have any questions.
You are responsible for any import taxes/duties charged on your items.
